Aharon Egglesston played in the outfield professionally for 13 seasons. He owns a career .298 AVG, 57 HR, 587 RBI, and 189 SB. From 2013-2017, Eggleston played five seasons in the Atlantic League of Professional Baseball with the Somerset Patriots. "Eggy" was named a 4x Atlantic League All-Star in his days with Somerset, where he also played alongside new Staten Island Ferry Hawks Manager Mark Minicozzi in the 2017 season. After hanging up the cleats as a professional athlete, Eggleston became a bench coach when he was hired by the Washington Wild Things of the MLB-partnered Frontier League for the 2022 season. Last year, Eggy was the hitting coach for the Spire City Ghost Hounds under Mark Minicozzi, and was brought to Staten Island once Minicozzi signed his contract with the Ferry Hawks so the pair could work together again.Â
