How to Access Your Mobile Tickets
Purchased tickets for a FerryHawks game or event? Follow the steps below to access your tickets on your phone.
Step 1: Open Your Confirmation Email
After purchasing tickets, locate your confirmation email and scroll to the bottom.
Tap “My Tickets” to get started
Step 2: Log In to Your Account
Enter your login information.
- If you already have an account, sign in using your email and password
- If you do not have an account, select “Create Account” and follow the prompts
Step 3: View Your Tickets
Once logged in, select “View Tickets” to access your upcoming events.
Step 4: Open Your Ticket
Tap on your event to open your ticket and display your seat details.
Step 5: Use Your Barcode
Your barcode will appear on your screen.
- Present this barcode at the gate for entry
- For quicker access, you can add your ticket to your mobile wallet (Apple Wallet or similar)
How to Access Your Tickets (Desktop)
Purchased tickets for a FerryHawks game or event? Follow the steps below to access and print your tickets from your computer.
Step 1: Open Your Confirmation Email
After purchasing tickets, locate your confirmation email and scroll to the bottom.
Click “My Tickets” to get started.
Step 2: Log In to Your Account
Enter your login information:
- If you already have an account, sign in using your email and password
- If you do not have an account, select “Create Account” and follow the prompts
Step 3: Select “Print Tickets”
Once logged in, navigate to your account menu and select “Print Tickets.”
Step 4: View Your Tickets
Click the drop-down arrow next to your event to view your available tickets.
Step 5: Select Tickets
Select the tickets you would like to print, then click “Continue.”
Step 6: Confirm Print
Click “Print Tickets” to proceed.
Step 7: View & Print
Select “View & Print Tickets” to generate your printable ticket.
Step 8: Print Your Tickets
Print your tickets and bring them with you to the event
Important Tips
- Please have your tickets ready before arriving at the gate to avoid delays
- Increase your screen brightness for faster scanning
- Screenshots may not always scan properly — use the live ticket when possible
