Welcome to SIUH Community Park, home of the Staten Island FerryHawks! Whether it’s your first visit or you’re a returning fan, this guide has everything you need for a smooth and fun game day experience in Hawk City.
Before You Arrive (Quick Tips)
- Gates open 1 hour before first pitch unless otherwise announced
- Box Office opens 2 hours before first pitch on game days only
- Have your tickets ready (mobile or printed)
- Children 3 and under do not require a ticket
- Plan your transportation (Staten Island Ferry is easiest)
- Arrive early for promotions and giveaways
- Follow @ferryhawks for real-time updates
A – Accessibility
SIUH Community Park is fully accessible for all fans.
- ADA seating is available throughout the ballpark
- Accessible entrances and restrooms are located throughout the stadium
- Service animals are permitted

B – Bags
Bags are permitted but subject to security screening upon entry.
- All bags may be inspected
- Backpacks and large bags may be restricted
We recommend bringing only necessary items to speed up entry.
B – Box Office
The FerryHawks Box Office is located at the main entrance.
- Open on game days only, beginning 4 hours prior to first pitch
- Staff can assist with ticket purchases, issues, and will call
- Printed tickets are available upon request
C – Code of Conduct
We are committed to providing a safe, fun, and family-friendly environment.
Fans who engage in disruptive or inappropriate behavior may be subject to removal from the ballpark.

- Alcohol is served to guests 21+ with valid ID
- Alcohol sales may end before the conclusion of the game

Getting to the ballpark has never been easier:
- Staten Island Ferry (free and steps from the stadium)

- Staten Island Railway
Prefer to drive? Parking is available nearby.
E – Entry & Gates
- Gates open 1 hour prior to first pitch unless otherwise announced
- All guests must enter through designated gates
- No re-entry is permitted

- Children 3 and under do not require a ticket (must sit on a guardian’s lap)
