WHAT TIME SHOULD I SHOW UP?
  • As a reminder, the gates open at 5:30pm, with a 7:00pm first pitch but make sure you arrive before the gates open because you don’t want to miss a thing!
  • Fans start lining up about 5:00pm, so come join the party early!
IS THERE PARKING?
There will be two options for parking:
  1. Empire Outlets Lot (55 Richmond Terrace Staten Island, NY 10301)   
  2. The Wheel Garage (155 Richmond Terrace Staten Island, NY 10301)
*It is suggested that you book your parking in advance!!
WHAT ARE THE MASS TRANSIT OPTIONS? 
  1. Take the Staten Island Train to the St. George Stop 
  2. Take the Staten Island Ferry From Whitehall Terminal to St. George
  3. Take the NYC Fast Ferry To Staten Island (St. George)
*Make sure to check the individual schedules of each mass transit options 
WHERE DO I GO ONCE I ARRIVE?
  • The front of the stadium will barricaded off. Upon arrival, all fans will be directed down Wall Street behind the stadium.
  • There, you will have your tickets scanned and then you will be led through the barricades to line up in the front of the stadium. 
  • FOR VIP & SUITES: Go to the Hamilton Ave. Gate and Enter There!
ARE BAGS ALLOWED IN THE STADIUM?
  • Book bags and personal items are permitted at the ballpark and will be subject to search by security. Any items banned at the park are subject to seizure for the safety of fans and players. 
CASHLESS VENUE
  • Staten Island University Hospital Community Park is a no contact transaction venue that only accepts card and mobile payment options. 
  • Cash can be converted into a payment card at our reverse ATM located on the concourse level directly behind home plate near the team store.
HOW DOES THE SEATING WORK? 
  • Over 90% of the ballpark is Open Seating! That means that almost all of the seating in the ballpark is on a first come, first serve basis!
  • This game is SOLD OUT, so be sure to scoot close and make a friend! There will not be any room to leave gaps or seats in between parties! There is a strict NO saving seats policy, so show up early and show up together!
