

Abusive Language
The Staten Island FerryHawks will not tolerate any form of abusive language from fans, employees, officials, or players. Failure to abide will lead to ejection and subject to a permanent band from the stadium.
Accessibility
The Staten Island FerryHawks ballpark is wheelchair accessible. Wheelchair ramps are located at the Main Gate entrance as well as the Right Field Gate entrance. Wheelchair accessible seating is offered in the upper bowl along the concourse areas. Fans with special requests or needs will need to contact the FerryHawks representative or visit the Fan Service booth.
Alcohol
Fans must be 21 or over to buy or consume alcohol at the ballpark. Concession staff reserve the right to refuse the sale of alcohol at all times if they deem necessary. Alcohol sales will conclude in the middle of the seventh inning. Once the game has completed, fans will not be permitted to take their beverages out of the stadium. Any violations of these rules, including intoxication and disorderly conduct can lead to removal from the ballpark and criminal prosecution.
Animals
Animals will not be allowed inside the ballpark unless they are service animals or on specified promotional days.
Autographs
As per Atlantic League rules, players are permitted to sign autographs prior to games and after, no autographs allowed during games. Please be respectful of players' personal space and privacy.
Bags
Book bags and personal items are permitted at the ballpark and will be subject to search by security. Any items banned at the park are subject to seizure for the safety of fans and players.
Banners and Signs
Banners and signs are permitted provided they are baseball-related, in good taste, not of a commercial nature and not supported by wood, metal or other materials that could be injurious in a crowded public setting. Banners and signs may not obstruct the view of other Guests or FerryHawks advertising signage or be affixed to the Stadium in any manner. Any banner or sign may be removed, at any time, at the sole and absolute discretion of the FerryHawks.

Broken Bats
If a player's bat is to come into the stands during the game, fans are required to give the bat back if it is not broken in any way. If the bat is broken, fans are permitted to keep the bat. The storage of the bat must be kept at the team store and picked up at the end of the game.
Cashless/No Contact Stadium
Staten Island University Hospital Community Park is a no contact transaction venue that only accepts card and mobile payment options. Cash can be converted into a payment card at our reverse ATM located on the concourse level directly behind home plate near the team store. No contact payment creates a better and safer customer experience with faster transactions and more efficient lines.
Children
Children 3 years or younger are not required to have a ticket during game days. This policy changes for outside events.
Cameras
Digital film cameras are allowed at the ballpark. Professional cameras such as DSLR and video cameras are not permitted by fans. Credentialed Media is authorized to take in professional equipment.

Conditions of Acceptance
A ticket is a revocable license, subject to termination with denial of admission at management discretion upon refund of the purchase price and subject to relocation with denial of admission or removal from the facility without compensation, should the holder act in a disorderly manner or violate management's rules or regulations. The resale, or attempted resale, of any ticket at any price, even face value or less, is grounds for seizure and cancellation of any ticket without compensation. Tickets may not be distributed on the premises. Tickets obtained from unauthorized sources that may be lost, stolen, or counterfeit are void. The Staten Island FerryHawks reserve the right to revoke ticket privileges of any fan whose tickets are found in the hands of scalpers.

Disorderly Conduct
The Staten Island FerryHawks are committed to maintaining a family atmosphere at the ballpark. Failure to observe the following rules and behavior guidelines will be grounds for removal and prosecution:
Do not trespass on the field or in the clubhouse
The throwing of any object in the stands or onto the playing field is strictly prohibited
Anyone who uses foul or abusive language, appears intoxicated, or otherwise disrupts the family atmosphere of the ballpark may be asked to leave at any time, at the sole and absolute discretion of the FerryHawks.
Concessions
Concessions are located all throughout the concourse including Shaolin Alley, The Pepsi Party Experience, and the Left Field Landing. Our food vending provider is Legends.
First-Aid
First-Aid is located behind section 5 if any injury should occur prior, during, or after an event at Community Park. EMS services will be at the ballpark during every Staten Island FerryHawk home game and will be provided by Staten Island University Hospital.
Foul Balls
Fans are permitted to keep all foul balls that end up out of the area of play. While netting has been extended, be aware of objects to be propelled into the stands at all times during the game.
Food & Beverage Policy
The Staten Island FerryHawks prohibit any outside food or beverage at the ballpark. If you have a dietary restriction, please call - to make prior arrangements.
Gate Times
The gates to the ballpark will open one hour before the scheduled game time.

Injuries
The Staten Island FerryHawks are not liable for any harm, injury, or damages sustained by any spectator or spectator's property, including all risk whether foreseen or unforeseen.
Lost & Found
Any items that are found at the ballpark should be taken to the Fan Service Booth immediately. The Staten Island FerryHawks are not responsible for any lost or missing items at the ballpark. The FerryHawks will hold lost items in our possession for 30 days, if not claimed after that threshold, they will be discarded.

Rain Checks
In the event that a game is not played, a ticket can be exchanged for an equal or lesser value ticket to any subsequent regular season game in the issued season, subject to availability. Tickets must be exchanged on a ticket for ticket basis at the Staten Island FerryHawks ticket office. A game is considered legal after 5 innings are played, except when the FerryHawks are leading after 4 1/2 innings. Suspended game tickets cannot be exchanged. If this ticket is complimentary, it is neither refundable nor exchangeable.
Restrooms
Restrooms are located on the main concourse inside the ballpark. Diaper-changing tables are available in both the men's and women's rooms. There are also two family restrooms located in the ballpark. If there are problems in the bathroom that need attention please contact the nearest Staten FerryHawks employee.
Security
For your safety, security guards wearing yellow shirts/jackets will be on duty and will work in conjunction with the New York City Police Department. In the event of a security problem, notify a uniformed security officer, a FerryHawks representative, or report to the Fan Service Booth.
Smoking & Vaping
For the health and comfort of all fans, smoking is strictly prohibited at the ballpark; this includes smokeless tobacco and e-cigarettes.

Ticket Scalping
New York State law prohibits ticket scalping. Scalping is prohibited at the ballpark and is also prohibited in the areas around the ballpark. Violators will be prosecuted

Umbrellas
Umbrellas will not be permitted in the ballpark, alternatives to stay dry will be offered at the FerryHawks Team Store.
Will Call
All Will Call tickets can be picked up or dropped off at the Staten Island FerryHawks ticket office throughout the game. Guests must show photo identification at Will Call in order to pick up their tickets.
